Kingwood Cross Country Meet                                                                               

The Bus will depart Saturday 9/19/15 at 6:00 A.M. from Klein Oak: You may eat in the Bus: Please be at school by 5:45 A.M. This is a Ninety (65) Min. bus ride, please be on Time: You need to drink about 64 oz.’s of water and or Power Aid 48 hours before your race, it will be Warm; You must ride the Bus to the Meet: You need to bring about 10.00 of your own, the district will give you any money: You must stay with the Team, you may leave with your parent after the meet or awards, please check out with me. Please Keep up with your Equipment, if you do not, you will pay for it. All please read the other side for running times: All help out with the mates:
