For
those that aren’t familiar, the Dale Watts '71 Cross Country Course is
located at 3240 F&B Road, College Station, TX, 77845 behind the Thomas G.
Hildebrand Equine Complex. Please note bus dropoff will be on F&B Road, at
the gravel service road entrance. The driveways in the parking lot are too
narrow for buses to go through. After dropping off, buses will park at the
General Services Complex, which is about a half mile north on F&B Road, at
the corner of F&B and Agronomy Road.
If you are planning to bring a bus to this meet, please reply back to
this email and let me know as soon as possible.
For
those traveling by van or personal vehicles, parking for high school teams
and spectators will be in Lot 126, in front of the Equine Complex. That area
is marked off in blue on the map.
There will be no dogs allowed on the cross country course. Please pass this
message along to the fans/parents of your teams as well.
There will be an area to setup team camps/tents on the hill adjacent to the
course. This area is marked off in green on the map. The packet
pickup/check-in tent will be located at the front of this area, closest to
the course.
