Genuine Agreement

OBJECTIVES 

Students shall be able to

1. distinguish between unilateral and mutual (bilateral) mistake,

2. determine what types of mistakes have occurred in a given situation and decide whether or not the contract can be voided,

3. explain fraud and differentiate fraud from concealment,

4. distinguish between duress and undue influence, and

5. decide cases using these concepts.

ACTIVITIES

1. Students shall read Sherwood v. Walker and

2. Complete the chapter 8 worksheet.

Assignments: Read Sherwood v. Walker. Complete the Chapter 8 - Genuine Agreement - Worksheet. Write the answers on the left side of your notebook.

 

ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES

Monitor and adjust as needed. Grade the answers to the question set in the notebook.
