Offenses Against Property

OBJECTIVE 

Students shall be able to

  1. define burglary, larceny, robbery, embezzlement, false pretenses, extortion, and arson,

  2. differentiate among the above, and

  3. decide cases involving criminal actions.
     

ACTIVITIES

  1. Lecture/notes on property crimes.

  2. Discussion.

  3. As time permits, begin activities for Tuesday.

Assignments: Take notes on property crimes. (Your notes must be written in your own hand on the right side of your notebook.)

 

ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES

Monitor and adjust as necessary. Check notes in notebook.
