Crimes Against the Person

OBJECTIVE 

Students shall be able to

  1. define assault, battery, rape, false imprisonment, kidnapping, and aggravated kidnapping (common law definitions), and

  2. identify examples of each of the above.
     

ACTIVITIES

  1. Lecture/notes on "Crimes Against the Person."

  2. Cases on crimes against the person.

Assignments: Take notes on "Crimes Against the Person." (Your notes must be written in your own hand on the right side of your notebook.) Write responses to "Cases on Crimes against the person" on the left side of your notebook.

 

ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES

Monitor and adjust as necessary. Grade assignments in notebook.
