Products Liability
OBJECTIVE
Students shall be able to
describe the theories of products liability: negligence, strict liability, and tortious misrepresentation,
evaluate fact situations for liability on each theory, and
write a case brief.
ACTIVITIES
Lecture/discussion: theories of products liability
Students shall read and brief Arbet v. Gussarson.
