Products Liability

OBJECTIVE 

Students shall be able to

  1. describe the theories of products liability: negligence, strict liability, and tortious misrepresentation,

  2. evaluate fact situations for liability on each theory, and

  3. write a case brief.
     

ACTIVITIES

  1. Lecture/discussion: theories of products liability

  2. Students shall read and brief Arbet v. Gussarson.
