Foreseeability

OBJECTIVE 

Students shall be able to

  1. explain the doctrine of foreseeability as it applies to negligence cases,

  2. evaluate fact situations for foreseeability of the results, and

  3. preview notions of manufacturer liability for defects.
     

ACTIVITIES

  1. Students shall read Drew v. Gross.

  2. Students shall answer questions about Drew v. Gross.

  3. Students shall read and brief MacPherson v. Buick.

Assignments: Read Drew v. Gross and answer the questions provided on the left side of your notebook. Read and brief MacPherson v. Buick.
