provided here are in Microsoft Office formats.
Microsoft Word files
You must have Microsoft Word installed on your
computer, or another program that will open a Word (*.doc) file, in
order to use Word documents. Most of these documents are also
available in Adobe's Portable Document Format (*.pdf). You must have

cannot edit these documents - just view and/or print.

If you want to be able to modify one of the
documents, you can do so with Word or some other word processing
programs.
-
Wordpad - which is part of the Microsoft Windows operating system
- can open most of these, although some formatting will not be
correct.
-

documents, preserving formatting except for any footnotes.
-
WordPerfect will open all these documents, preserving formatting.
Microsoft PowerPoint files

your computer, or another program that will open a PowerPoint (*.ppt)

Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Of course, you cannot modify
the html documents.
